Press Release: 27th January 2012
Fine & Country Outline 2012 Strategy For Growth
Fine & Country announced its new strategy for growth for 2012 at its recent UK annual conference which includes a focus on raising standards, enhancing brand identity and its prestige lettings offering. The prestigious estate agency brand looks set to increase standards throughout the network to ensure they continue to be one of the leaders in the luxury property sector.
Following on from an extremely successful year in 2011 where 27 branches were opened globally, Fine & Country are looking to expand even further and will actively target new equity partners to stimulate this strategy for growth in 2012. Opening additional offices in major towns and cities will help increase and strengthen the Fine & Country national network within the UK. It has been a fantastic start to 2012 with Fine & Country planning to open 4 new offices at this early stage in the year.
It was also outlined at the annual conference how more offices will be able to sharpen their focus on the prestige lettings sector with the opportunity to have all property management administration taken care of for a fixed price. Over 2012 Fine & Country plan to strengthen and grow their prestige lettings business.
The recent conference included the unveiling of an exciting refresh of the brand identity. The development of an enhanced brand identity has been undertaken principally to strengthen Fine & Country’s image in the eye of the consumer, to modernise the brand and remain one step ahead of the competition. Subtle changes such as bolder colours around the logo and a unique patterned design on selected marketing materials have been introduced to create a high impact image. The new look has been formulated to encompass and subtly appeal to both men and women and to carefully adjust the identity in line with trends in luxury brands.
Matthew Pryke, CEO of Fine & Country, comments; “Fine & Country will not batten down the hatches at this time of economic stagnation – 2012 is the time for innovation, opportunity and growth and I am very excited about the year ahead.”
