Fine & Country Spring Update
What a delightful time of year as the gardens spring back to life, the ducks behaving badly, a warmth in the air and the clocks going forward affording lighter evenings confirming Spring is truly on it's way.
Lady Lindley even suggested a spring clean but that is just a step too far!
I am also invigorated by recent meetings with our Fine & Country round of regional meetings where our agents are reporting a significant upsurge in activity, new property coming market, fantastic new instructions we are honoured and privileged to be entrusted to sell by discerning vendors alongside a clear volume of increased buyer activity. So refreshing for all after a long hard winter!
My travels took me to our two new beautiful offices in Bath and Cheltenham and I wish Julian and his team in Bath and Richard and his team in Cheltenham every success and happiness in their new ventures. I am also looking forward to visiting our new offices on The Isle of Wight and in Newcastle – although not on the same day!
